Yara Abdulhamid has over 25 years of international development experience, in regions as diverse as the Middle East, West Africa, the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. As a freelance consultant based in Ramallah since 2010, Yara has worked with a large number of civil society organisations and international agencies, providing capacity development and technical assistance in strategic planning and analysis, programme design, proposal writing, policy, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation.
